Ross Haviland - 250 Club Appearances
Auckland United FC would like to congratulate our Premier Men’s Captain Ross Haviland on reaching the phenomenal achievement of 250 first-team appearances between the Northern League and the Chatham Cup!
Ross started his Premier Men's career at Onehunga Sports in 2010, eventually captaining what would become one of the strongest club sides in recent history. In 2020 Onehunga Sports amalgamated into Auckland United F.C where Ross continued to lead with passion and loyalty.
Throughout twelve seasons, Ross has been a mainstay in the heart of the defence and helped lead our club to some remarkable achievements, including:
- Back to Back NRFL League titles in 2017 & 2018
- Chatham Cup winner 2017
- Chatham Cup Semi-Finalist 2018
- NRFL League Runner Up 2019
- Northern League Runner Up 2021
Despite playing as a centre back, Ross has amassed 47 goals and featured 33 times in the Chatham Cup.
