Management Restructure 2023

Auckland United F.C are excited to announce a restructure to the clubs football management positions.

After a successful 2022 with significant growth in the community space and qualification to all four New Zealand National Leagues, Auckland United has restructured the football management to better resource the growing needs of our football club.

Jo Dawkins is now the High-Perfomance Director with a focus on the club’s playing philosophy and strategic direction, plus building the pathways for our elite players and talent development programmes.

Brad Bricknell has been promoted to the Director of Football role and will oversee the design and delivery of our player and coaching programmes across the whole club.

Joseph Turagabeci has joined our staff as the Community Development Officer which is an expansion to the previous Junior Development Manager role to include our youth community programmes and will also lead the club’s Skills CentreHoliday Programmes and schools outreach.

On behalf of the Auckland United FC Executive Committee and Board I’m delighted to announce three appointments effective immediately:

Congratulations to all three. We are now better resourced to serve our football community, grow and develop our players while we work towards being the best football club in New Zealand.
