Football Fern Michaela Foster signs with Auckland United FC
Auckland United FC is delighted to announce the signing of 18 Cap New Zealand Football Fern Michaela Foster!
Michaela returns to Mt Roskill after spending time here during the FIFA World Cup when the Football Ferns used our Keith Hay Park facilities as their home training base.
After two seasons playing professionally with the Wellington Phoenix Michaela reunites with coach Ben Bate, having previously worked together at Northern Rovers during the 2022 season when they were crowned Premiership Champions.
At the Phoenix, Michaela has amassed 38 caps and shares the record for third-highest appearances with another current Auckland United FC player, Chloe Knott.
We’re thrilled to have Michaela on board and can’t wait to see her out on the pitch in AUFC colours very soon!
