President's report: Dean Cudmore welcomed members, particularly life members, and shared Annual Report highlights. Player numbers grew by 200 in 2022, primarily among juniors. There were no major disruptions during the year. Both the men and women’s teams qualified for national league, and our women won the Kate Sheppard Cup. A huge thanks to our sponsors given the added financial costs of participating in national league. We look forward to hosting the Football Ferns at Keith Hay Park for the 2023 FIFA women’s world cup. In preparation for this, there was been significant investment and development of the number 1 pitch to meet FIFA international standards and will be a legacy for players for years to come.

Financial report: Mark Stokes tabled 2022 financial report for AUFC and TKU. The 2022 season was challenging for the club. In 2023 the club made a net loss of $44,252. While revenue was up 39% on 2021, largely due to bar and kitchen sales, grants and sponsorships, and subscriptions; costs also increased by 47%, mainly due to kitchen and bar expenses, costs associated with qualifying for the national league, and coaching due to more game being played compared to 2021. Overhead costs rose by 40% due to administration and cleaning costs, equipment purchases, insurance and security. Financial report for year ended 31 December 2022 adopted. It was agreed that Moore Markhams continue as auditors.
